  The worst experience, they make you wait a long time in line, they treat you the way they see you, I tried to make a direct deposit to my uncle's account, they gave me a thousand excuses not to do it, that according to me I needed my card, meaning if I don't have an account with PNC I can't make a deposit, it's crap, the girl with the auburn hair who is there was rude to me, I'm not stealing, I just wanted to make a direct deposit

  Excellent experience at this PNC location. I received a check from Social Security Administration and deposited it into a Navy Federal ATM a few days later I realize my money was not available. Come to find out they mailed my check back in the mail and told me that because the way the check was written with my name and my son‘s name that I would need a different type of account in order for it to be cashed. Catch-22, the check that they mailed back was not the original check. I put back in the ATM Navy Federal mail me back an electronic synchronize check. I went to numerous banks and they told me that they did not accept this type of check since it clearly look like a sheet of paper, but it was legally a copy of the check. Finally, I came to PNC and opened up a trustee account with my name and my sons name deposited the check. Some Funds were available within 5 to 7 business days. They placed an additional hold for another 7 to 10 business days due to the amount of the Check at that time I was able to withdraw the remainder of the money. PNC bank thanks so much for Providing me with such a great customer service and accurate information I recommend using PNC for opening up trustee accounts.

  ATM ate my card and PNC employees would not look into returning it. Not helpful whatsoever. Would not recommend using their ATM nor their services -- felt like it was mainly due to laziness.
