- ILInkink LoveDec 11, 20251.0my name is marja’e lewis & i had the worse experience at this location. on 11/8/25 both of these bank representatives was beyond rude,nasty also unprofessional to a account holder also hardworking citizen. upon me entering the pnc office to cash a large lumsum check it was stated from the bank teller javier i needed a 2nd verification of id while having all credentials being submitted including my identification card, social security card, work place id alongside medical card w/all credentials needed on site i was targeted/harrassed being told to endorse the check then saying it couldn’t be cashed at all because i didn’t have the verification documents needed, while i asked multiple times for a supervisor to speak w/due to me having all documentation while still being denied my request . the woman in the photo beginning to tell me all the documents i had wasn’t acceptable & they didn’t think the check was mine being bias also racially profiling me in the franchise but uponwhen going to another location my check was cashed successfully.
