- TET EppsNov 10, 20251.0I came in to this bank because I needed a bank account opened and the lady had me wait for 25 mins while she talked to a security guard on the job. Then to tell me she going to take to people in front of me that have an appointment and she's the only banker now. We'll why wasn't you doing your job from the beginning instead of talking you get paid to work.

I have never been able to go and see a teller immediately. They will have a full house of people and two extremely slow tellers. They are clearly understaffed and love to waste people’s time. I’m tired of giving them chances. If you want to get in and get out THIS is not the branch for that.

What happened to customer service?!! Why is there no one else to open a line to get the customers out expediously?!! It's so annoying!!!
