This young lady called me after hours to resolve a issue I had with a check. Pleasantly surprised! I wanted to acknowledge the good service because it is a great way to retain customers especially in the neighborhood. Thank you.

Then to tell me she going to take to people in front of me that have an appointment and she's the only banker now. We'll why wasn't you doing your job from the beginning instead of talking you get paid to work.

I have never been able to go and see a teller immediately. They will have a full house of people and two extremely slow tellers. They are clearly understaffed and love to waste people’s time. I’m tired of giving them chances. If you want to get in and get out THIS is not the branch for that.
