This bank has told me through three separate people that I would have a check I deposited Saturday available to me That day and it went from that day to Monday for sure. Today is now Monday and I’m not seeing the money for me to take care of personal matters let alone gas to get to WORK!!. Now they tell me I have to wait tell Wednesday because it’s a new account. I am pissed no customer should ever have to experience this just because they are new the policy needs to be changed and the people should be trained all the same to give out correct information from the people answering phones to the people creating your account. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE for anyone to go through!. I will not be referring anyone I know to this bank.
