He was trying to get rid of me telling me to call customer service. The 1st number he gave me was a fax number! His coworker Leon overheard our conversation & took the appropriate initiative. He called the right department for me & I was able to get my account setup correctly. Leon was super helpful. Dylan, not so much. In the future, if I have to visit this branch again, I will wait patiently for Leon.
