At Windsor Federal, we put community first. “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” is much more than a tagline for us; it speaks to our culture, and values, as an organization. We’re here for you – our customers, neighbors, and communities.
I’ve always had good experience at this bank, but last week I went to the Windsor Ave branch and Linda was by far rude and not helpful AT ALL. I wanted to open a bank account for my business and she needed something from the secretary of state website. She said she couldn’t print it out for me so I needed to come back. It was public information what she needed but refused to do it and had attitude like she didn’t really want to do it. Other than that everybody else has always been super helpful.
