  I had never even heard of Vectra Bank before I met Alex Desantiago, who works in their Westminster branch. He told me all about their services and it sounded great, so I did some research. Everything checked out and sounded much better than my current bank (name withheld). I just opened a business checkinig account at Vectra. The process went smoothly and Alex answered my questions confidently and professionally. Based on my experience so far, I expect to be a customer for a long time.

  Absolutely terrible. They are disorganized and untrustworthy, and not worth your time. I went there for business banking and was given the runaround from day 1. Despite a promo (only reason I went to the place.....) it took them months to get my online banking setup. Probably 6-8 trips just to get a debit card, and they will disconnect/never call you back if you call in. If you do go in, they'll give excuse after excuse of why they're so busy when really they're sitting around doing nothing. I probably talked to the managers (both) and bankers 10+ times about simple things (like online banking/debit cards/promos) and literally after 2 weeks they come back with a BS answer of "we're sorry we didn't do that." Go somewhere else that is professional and worth your time.

  I recommend Sandra Cafuentes for your banking needs. She helped me open up a business Checking account and she was fast and made the whole process super easy!

  I banked at Wells Fargo before until I met Sandy Cafuentes at Vectra who helped us open a business account and credit cards. She treats us like family, highly recommended.
