I walked in not expecting even bare minimum service because I was always given horrible service from previous banks, BUT let me tell you ! I walked out with peace of mind knowing that my money is in great hands ! These people EVERY SINGLE PERSON who works here, they are AMAZING and they truly make you feel like family !.and they will go ABOVE AND BEYOND for you !!!.....so you are a dummy if you don't open an account at this bank. I sat and waited 50 minutes and 10 minutes before they close, she tells me she can't get to me before they close. What ever happened to customer service and staying over until all needs are met?! This is terrible service and now I can't purchase anything online while deals are still happening. Ridiculous.
