- AWAmber WDec 1, 20251.0I came here at 3:50pm to speak with someone about my debit card not working. I sat and waited 50 minutes and 10 minutes before they close, she tells me she can't get to me before they close. What ever happened to customer service and staying over until all needs are met?! This is terrible service and now I can't purchase anything online while deals are still happening. Ridiculous.

There is not a lot of parking, so they force people to take the handicap spots if they want to park close to this branch The jeep and car next to it usually park this way, guess whom ever gets there first gets to or take turns. Went in to try and close account after so many issues, and was told can't that savings account has a hold on it. Yet can go online and transfer money from savings to checking, so not sure how that works. Guess they just don't want to let people withdraw their money and go elsewhere.
