- MSMindee SamoraApr 9, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would funny I’ve been in there plenty of times to cash checks for my store and they’ve taken my digital ID every single time but the one time you go in there that you really need money for your store now all of a sudden you can’t use your digital ID. Maybe you need a hire new employees friendly ones at least

- EHEd HerstOct 23, 20185.0I've been with them for 28 yrs. NEVER had a problem that they couldn't address immediately. Maybe the 1 star review had to do with credit rating or age...Hmmm. I've seen many employees retire or move on. I may miss Cherry and "Bride" and others but all the recent employees are friendly, efficient, and professional. Thanks to their HELOC that only took a few days., we have moved 15 miles away to a new home (finally moving out of our old house of 28 yrs), and have NO intention of changing branches, let alone rival banks. Do you see a pattern? Customers for ever! However, we do miss the drive-thru from there old location that was only 1 mile away. No biggy. Oh yeah, we miss the drive-up. That's the reason we didn't rate it 5.5 stars. Ed and Kelly (my "bride " of 38 yrs.)
- DJDonna JordisonSep 18, 20181.0Twelve Business Days to Transfer Money on Vectrabanks Online Banking Website. Initially I transferred money from my other bank to Vectrabank and the external transfer took 5 business days, and that's Vectrabanks policy. I had to transfer the money to my Vectrabank checking account first. I could not directly transfer money from my other bank to the HELOC loan payment I have with Vectrabank, and that's also their policy. So after waiting 5 business days I then transferred the money from my checking account with Vectrabank to my HELOC with Vectrabank. Vectrabank tells me that will take another 7 business days, and that's also their policy. I've never had to wait 12 business days to make a payment with any other bank. Our goal now is to pay off the loan with Vectrabank as soon as possible and never open an account with Vectrabank ever again.
