- SOSandra OrtizOct 25, 20251.0Bad customer service. Went to pay off a car loan and apparently it seemed to be missing a name. When for the last 6 years I've been paying it off with my legal name. I showed them the registration on how it is legally from the state of Colorado, and still was giving me crap. Stating they couldn't change it. There wasn't even a beach manager on site only bankers. Bankers training other bankers. Didn't even know how to take my credit card information. They made me go to my bank and take cash out to pay my lone instead of them doing a cash advance..... 😡😡😡 Insane. We also told the banker that we need our automated payments to stop since we are paying the loan off, and she said " well I don't see any auto payments on my end"..Bad customer service.. will never use them for service ever again. I hope the owner of PNC realizes his staff is not trained for good customer service. Also: hoping that I don't get a generated message from the PNC owner stating his apologies. BAD BANK !!!!

Someone used my account fraudulently & they closed my account with no phone call or notification until 90 days after the incident (when all the charges were completely indisputable) when I finally received paper work via postal mail! All of which left me completely responsible not only for the loss of the money I had in my account but also the large over draft amount that made me have to pay to even close the account without being sent to collections! I'm pretty sure this is NOT how the people a person trusts their money with is supposed to be managing people's money!
- JDJames DiekerNov 15, 20171.0Worst Bank I’ve ever dealt with!!! Mobile deposits take over five days to post.Theyre atms are dated and will take your checks and not post them to your account,I turn it takes them 10 days to research the issue.Above all they really don’t care.Horrible Bank!!!
