- CHCarrie Besnette HauserApr 21, 20262.0Lobby hours of 9-4 from Mon-Friday (Salida location) with no weekends accommodates no one with “regular” working hours. We called recently to confirm the hours and were told 5 pm. But turns out the call was routed to a branch in Denver. So when we arrived shortly after 4 pm, the doors were locked. We tried drive through, but for a notary, we had to go inside. The team was nice enough to unlock the doors and let us in, where we found about 10 bank staff working diligently at their desks or behind the counter. But the lobby was officially closed to customers. Makes no sense. At least three other cars drove up, parked, and people went to the lobby doors only to find them closed for business. Please consider hours that actually are customer friendly. Even early or late hours options a few days a week.
