- OOoutuscumMar 16, 20141.0had them to do my income taxes and they forgot to send the state my 1099r and held up my state taxes up 5 weeks, had to go to local tax office and take my own paperwork to get my state taxes sent to me after speaking with Colorado dept of revenue and getting simple answers. the lady who did my taxes was RUDE AND HATEFUL. I said I would never come back and she she said" good, we don't need your business" if you want your taxes done properly for what you pay then I highly suggest going elsewhere since the customer is what keeps these arrogant fools in business. sloppy and rude income tax preparer's here, blattner sucks.
