Been without this card for three months now with nothing more then consistent excuses of why it wasn’t their fault. Communication is a joke. Blames customer for everything. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone moving forward.

Not the reps fault, though. Companies train people to improve metrics before properly communicating important information. #priorities.

These guys recently bought the bank that my clients used and my heavens who on God's green earth organizes their statements like this! I'm convinced these guys known nothing about money. If my clients had another bank option for their business they would take it but it's simply not possible. So I beg you to never bank with these guys, everything is a disaster and I honestly would not be surprised if this bank goes bankrupt.

Whenever you call for help they have customer agents from all over the world who don’t really speak English and don’t understand what you’re saying. They’re always pulling out money out of your account talking about fees and all this other real time it’s horrible and they never really try to help you.
