They lack information and try to send you from department to department just to provide you with the same unhelpful speech that they don't have access to help you with what you are needing. They are unorganized and do not seem to work with other departments to get you the help you need. If you have a car loan with them i would recommend switching ASAP. Their claims department wont speak with you as a customer, only insurance and they barely even do that. They do not provide timely information, and do not seem to have a clue as to what they are doing. DO NOT BANK here if you care about your money and your time.

They suggested to schedule an appointment in advance, for a simple wire transfer (the app doesn'thas this optipn and by website is not working either). They need to hire more folks or just close the branch, because they are not providing the proper customer service.
