  Today's date is February 23rd, 2026. I can't describe how incredible this branch manager is. I'm terrible with names and I feel terrible about not remembering. He is currently the branch manager at PNC in Loveland. I had a flat tire when I was driving out of there and pulled over to change it. The branch manager came out, took off his jacket and jumped right in. Even went to his vehicle and got tools and his own Jack. He helped me take my tailgate off so I could get to the key lock that release the spare tire! He helped me all the way till the end and made sure I was on the road before putting his jacket back on and going in. I can't tell you how much I appreciate him. I'm 63 and not really skilled with vehicles. I'll never change banks! I don't think anyone would do that. I've been with PNC for 5 years now. I hope he reads this is I really want to tell him Thank you. I apologize for being so bad with names!

  Find a different bank. This is the worst, most disrespectful bank I have ever delt with. AVOID! My mother had a big loan through this bank. Upon her death, my siblings and I started the awful process of closing her bank accounts, credit cards, and paying off her bills. All other banks and credit unions were kind and great to work with. Until we reached PNC bank. We called them, tried to start the process, they continuously gave us the run around, even having the gall to send us a "monthly payment plan" breakdown of our mom's debt, with interest, of course. We wanted to PAY IT OFF, mind you, and stated this repeatedly. Finally, after repeated attempts over the phone and online, we went into this branch, all paperwork in hand, and were told at 1:45pm that no one could see us because everyone was on lunch. But, if we waited AN HOUR maybe they could fit us in for a consult! When we finally were able to find someone over the phone who seemed to understand what we were trying to do (2 months after initial contact with this bank) we thought it would be straight forward, but no. We followed instructions, filled out more paperwork, fought with the bank AGAIN about paying it off rather than paying monthly payments (they REALLY wanted every drop of their interest payments), and sent a check, loan paid in full....right? WRONG. They complained we were missing one number in the memo line of the check...a week and a half after we had submitted it. This bank is a joke. They are disgusting, inhuman, money hungry thieves. I will never recommend. Not just for their banking practices, but for their lack of humanity when faced with grieving siblings settling their last parents account. Shame on you, PNC.

  Good bank, always friendly and helpful. Don't love the phone stuff, not local, but at the branch always great
