- BWBenjamin WilsonJan 5, 20261.0This bank is so unethical. I have a HELOC and I make on time payments every month and also pay extra every month towards principle. The statement always tells me my interest charge but yet every payment so mar they always take more towards interest than what it says I am charged with zero explanation. Ive called and asked multiple times what is going on and am always told “we are looking into it” or I just don’t get a call back at all. They don’t care, they have my loan and are freely charging me interest however much they want. It’s so unethical and the service there is disgusting. Stay away at all costs.
