  Yusef has been incredibly helpful and caring throughout my experience. I recently moved from Alabama and had stopped using PNC, but now that I’m back, he made the transition so easy and stress-free. He was extremely nice, patient, and genuinely willing to help, which made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I really appreciate the excellent customer service he provided.

  This is the most worthless pnc location. You can deposit checks and money at their self serve atm but that’s about it. Being a business owner here in Belmar, I was excited when this location opened, only to be disappointed countless times with their limitations. I called and was told I can deposit a check with the teller or the atm, but when I arrived 30 mins later to do so, I was told immediately to just wait in line at the atm and do it on my own. I don’t know what the point of this branch is, but it’s basically self serve atm services only. This is probably my last straw in keeping pnc for my business banking.

  As bank is a rip-off they charged 2.5% are the percentage of the check do not bank with this Bank don't forget that you guys tried charging me charge me $1,500 to charge a $7,000 check it is not my fault that your employee does not know how to do math I still will tell everybody not to go to this Bank customer service with garbage 🗑️ the bank is a rip-off your teller told me that she was going to charge me $1,500 to cash that check what type of fraud is your bank doing I will tell anybody who goes to your bank never to go there

  Best experience I’ve ever had. Had a massive fraud situation with my bank. Been working at it since 3am that day. After I realized I did everything I can do by myself, I waited for this branch to open and I walked in exhausted and defeated. Clifton immediately started helping me figure this out. He was super patient and knew exactly what to do!! It was a massive breath of fresh air. He was awesome and we got it figured out. He also gave me some Tylenol and water because my head was killing me. Seriously it was the nicest gesture. I feel like I’ve ever experienced.
