- SGSteve GardeaAug 22, 20251.0Staff is constantly rotating because they can't keep employees at this branch. Contacting them is near impossible, and they don't know their own systems. The last temporary branch manager who setup our account lied about a promo and then left (fired?). New temporary branch manager said too bad for you. Customer service is useless 90% of the time too. Stay away from PNC as a bank, there are many better options.
