  Maria Volle, Branch Manager at the PNC bank in Highlands Ranch was extraordinarily helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I needed to be added to my mother's account and Ms. Volle made the entire process a pleasant one although there were some glitches. She also helped me setup online banking. It was very easy thanks to her. Ms. Volle is very kind, pleasant and thorough.

  Crappy customer service bank would not make change for my 16 year old girls who were exchanging mixed change for 29 dimes. Forcing them to buy 5.00 worth of dimes. The caused the to have to use atm to pull out money to buy the extra dimes incurring 4.00 charge from compass bank, 3.00 charge from there bank. Full disclosure I’m not a customer never will be now but how hard is it to give 29 dimes for 290 pennies. Awesome job.

  This HR location has on THREE different occasions put my money into other people's accpunts - we're talking deposits nothing complicated then given me receipts saying that it's in my account. I recently bounced my rent check because of this "error". I contacted the 24rs phone service and they showed/confirmed that my money wasn't there and THEN when the phone person asked where it was because I had a receipt to prove I deposited it they claimed it was there. Shortly after that it magically appeared in the account. Upon further investigation instead of the branch owning up to what happened they said there was an error and force deposited it into my account. I got charged $210 in late rent fees and $35 in late check fee and I had to go to the Lone Tree branch to get assistance on getting everything sorted out. Now after the bank pit the fees into my account they've now turned around and pulled the fees back out. This bank location is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. I posted regarding these issues on FB Word of Mouth HIGHLANDS RANCH and guess what, I'm not the only person who has had these issues with this specific location. I have banked with this bank for years and the previous people working here were fantastic - the manager they have now has the attitude he can't be bothered to help. The second time my money got put into someone else's account and I came in to deal with it there was no oh my gosh I'm so sorry I messed that up (yes the manager was the one who made the mistake) he looks at it and said yup that was me while chomping on candy! Who does that? Who do you go to when the managers the biggest problem of them all? That time I had to go to the Arapahoe and I25 branch to get the problem fixed and I will say they are a fantastic branch as well. It is truly this location has gone to he'll in a handbasket as they say. Think twice before coming to this location and ALWAYS double check your account.
