When I found the perfect car to buy, Jennifer Kamlet, Tima Maddox and Dave Calvert worked together to make a multi-step, short timeline process incredibly quick and easy for me. Tima had a DMV packet prepared so I had everything necessary to register the car. She’s even thought to remind me of the state’s registration fee so I could add it into the loan. Jennifer spent hours, literally, assisting with a complicated identity theft issue a few years back also. She was so competent and kind and lent calm a very stressful situation. Everyone I’ve encountered there seems to genuinely care about doing a great job and making customers feel valued.!

The 2 ladies working didn't greet me. Neither employee wearing a mask but when asked if I needed to, rudly answer with yes. The lady who helped me with my deposit seemed very irritated by me asking to do the deposits separately. I'll just keep mailing my deposits to the springs.
