    The entire staff at this bank is fabulous, but I'm especially grateful for Peggy Wilson. She helped me get a PPP loan, and I probably wouldn't even have applied without her encouragement. It was easy to do because Peg proactively contacted me with guidance to help me through the process. She also can answer all my questions about banking, plus she's a delight to work with. I'm so glad I moved my business and personal banking to Vectra.

    I bank at the Patterson Road branch and the customer service there is exceptional. My experience with Vectra Bank and their employees has been better than any other banking experience in the past. No one has ever been rude or having a bad day and taking it out on me at Vectra Bank. You are not just a number at this bank, they all know me by first name along with our dog. We have to bring our dog in ever so often for them to all pet him and give him his treats, at their request. Vectra Bank is like walking into my own home, they all make you feel welcome.
