  Shannon Bach is great- especially with small business owners. I always have a good experience when I work with her. Ask for her - she's very knowledgable, professional, and easy to work with.

  Arrived at the drive up at 4:57, I understand it closes at 5 but I still had a few minutes to get in which I did rather than pull up to the atm because I was aware it would be a quick transaction. All 3 tellers were whispering to each other making it very obvious that it was about me being there last minute even though it only took 3 mins to get me in and out, right by 5 which is WHEN it closes anyway.What bothered me the most was that I clicked the call button to ask to get my change back a certain way and the maroon hair teller looked up and rolled her eyes even though it wasn't even her doing the transaction. If customer service is not your thing you should probably look for a different position in a field that does not depend on its customers.

  Very poor staff interaction stopped in to try and get some coins and they threatened to call the cops on me unless I left just needed some change and they kicked me out
