- BCBrianne CunninghamDec 28, 20231.0Took nine months for taxes to get done, zero communication after all my source docs were uploaded, had to keep calling to see if they even received my docs and got me assigned to an accountant. The only reason my taxes got done by October is because I kept bugging them for updates and status docs (was working on a real estate thing that obviously wanted tax records and questioned why mine weren't done yet). Nothing but problems when they finally started working on my taxes, and then charged me three times the amount of my last accountant. And they charge for every little thing, my previous accountant never charged for phone calls or account set up, but this place absolutely does. Plus the ineptitude increases billable hours since they have to repeatedly fix their mistakes.
