  The Space Age rates are competitive, and I appreciate the personal feel of a credit union over a big bank. It's a solid and reliable place for banking.

  Stay far away! payment processing never works and results in a thirty dollar fee. They MIGHT refund it if you can get in contact with anyone. In the past 5 times I've called they've "sent emails" to someone who can help. But I've gotten no further communication. I was directed here by Fay Myers, and I should have never listened to them... Luckily I can close my accounts and be done with this horrible institution.

  Jan, the branch manager is an absolute nightmare to deal with! And while I completely understand that as a teller you need someone to provide his or her ID in order to withdraw funds, especially as I shared branch member. Unfortunately I had my purse stolen over the weekend, thus was unable to provide her with a physical copy of my ID. However as a way to confirm my identity, I was more than happy to provide her with my account number, social security card, birth certificate, and a picture of my stolen ID. Yet, she still refused to assist me, even going as far as to say that she would not speak with my financial institution to confirm my information. This is pathetic! So Jan, as a branch manager, do better!
