  Slow and incompetent services at this branch. I went to close an account, spent 45 minutes doing so, and 30 days later Vectra Bank re-opened my account without my permission, and even billed me a statement fee. When I tried to call the branch, I was linked instead to a regional call center. 45 minutes later the call center advised me to call my local branch. Terrible banking services.

  I will be switching my account to another bank first thing tomorrow morning. There tellers don’t know what they are talking about, today I deposited a check that was also a check with vectra the teller informed it it would be available the same day, I called customer service hours later because my bills didn’t go thru and the teller had misinformed me it’s still a Hold even tho it’s the same damn bank. They never help you when you need it. Would recommend not using them.

  Don't bank here unless your used to slow bank services. They don't give debit cards upon opening an account and it takes a whole week to receive them via mail. On top of that, if you receive a paycheck and deposit, you won't have any access to funds until 24 hours. With them not being open on weekends it was hard to stay a Vectra customer so we decided to close our accounts and join one that met our weekend needs. We closed it on a Friday with them saying it was closed and believed them. I received a call from the Fraud department the following Sunday saying someone was using my debit card numbers and I told the FD I closed my account so why is the FD contacting me on a "closed debit card". It has been now 10 days from when we closed it and it STILL IS NOT CLOSED!! Don't bank here! Go somewhere else.

  Its hard to find a good bank these days but Vectra solves that problem.
