Really rude staff! Very unhelpful intentionally, they enjoy making your day difficult. I've lived in PA, MD, CA, and now CO and kept PNC as my bank throughout each move, and this location is offensively bad at their job.

Don't understand the bad reviews. I experienced really exceptional and kind service, got all my business done quickly and completely and all was easier than other banks. Usually trips to the bank are about as fun as a trip to the DMV but this was totally fine.

This PNC branch is a joke—and not the funny kind. One star because they fumble so hard it’s actually laughable. Their entire business model is built around not using tellers. Every rep here will point you to the ATM—because that’s how this branch operates. The ATM handles all actual banking transactions. If the machine can’t do it, they can’t either. The “tellers” are basically there to help you open an account or sit with you while you call the 800 number. They don’t seem to have the ability—or the authority—to do anything else. So instead, you’ve got reps standing around trying to look busy, but they can’t even hand you a single dollar. How do you call yourself a bank, have live staff on-site, and not let them dispense cash? Make it make sense. The only person here who actually acts like a banker is Francesca S. She’s professional, helpful, and clearly knows what she’s doing. Everyone else? Not even close. That includes the branch manager, Tunde, who barely looks up from his tablet before giving the usual “call the 800 number” or “use the ATM” response. That’s the whole customer experience—no effort, no service, no solutions. This isn’t a bank. It’s a showroom for overpaid reps who deflect every request. They should just convert it into a call center and stop pretending it’s a “quick-serve bank” (whatever that even means—no one working here seems to know either). And here’s where things go from bad to just plain embarrassing: There’s one older staff member who’s consistently rude—eye rolls, attitude, no interest in helping. Strong perfume, loud heels, louder disrespect. Unprofessional from start to finish. After the holiday weekend, I gave it another shot. Big mistake. Lashelle made it clear she didn’t want to deal with me and passed me off to Tunde, the manager—because apparently her job was too much for her that day. And it only got worse from there: Tunde didn’t even know how to unlock my online account. He had to go back and ask Lashelle to do it for him. Let that sink in—the manager had no clue and had to get the same rep who just offloaded the task. I walked out in disbelief. This isn’t just a bad experience—it’s a full-blown, running joke. And it only gets more absurd the longer you deal with them... right up until your ribs hurt.
