I came in to this branch looking to resolve an issue, he demanded a ‘physical copy of my marriage license’ as proof of identification & he would not verify my account any other way. I live in Leadville, it’s a 2 hour drive to get to a PNC Bank, and clearly didn’t have my marriage license on me. I couldn’t even have my MIL take a photo of it and send it to me. He refused to release my money & I had to drive back down the next day to a completely different branch that DIDNT REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL IDENTIFICATION because there are multiple ways to check in the system. I can’t urge you more, avoid this location.
