From the initial greeting from the tellers to the branch manager Dinorah, I felt comfortable, I felt appreciated and most of all I never once felt like I was just a number. With customer service nowadays being the defining factor for successful businesses and customers having so many choices as to where they can keep their money, personally I can see why these employees love their jobs ! I truly do believe that if you love your job and what you do for a living, you will never work a day in your life ! I will defiantly send my friends and family to see them. This team for sure set that bar pretty high !
