- CCCeeAug 18, 20251.0Senior citizen traveling with small dog just wanted to get smaller bills from $100 in person. Bank wouldn't do that smallest customer service without an account with bank. It literally would entail looking at bill (that nowadays have simple ways to confirm they are real) and opening a cash drawer to give me 5 -$20 back. Nope! Wouldn't do it. I didn't look at reviews of this bank before hand but am not surprised now that most are one or two stars. Get over yourself, PNC Bank and try to consider kindness and service to the community.
