- NMNaughty MendzaAug 6, 20241.0Only reason I decided to go with this bank is bc it’s close by but that was a mistake as everything is an inconvenience. ATM is always down & so is the app. Also cashing checks here is a nightmare.
- JDjeff davidsonNov 1, 20221.0Branch Manager gets 1-10. I come to cash a check I received in the mail. He states checks not real looks fraudulent. It’s a PNC check. Instead of making some calls verifying if it’s real or calling the company none of that happen. Next day I call capital one to do his job. Fraud department verified the exact same check. I’ll give him the pass of its may have been printed bad. Not my problem it’s a PNC check. Effort was none. He even said he would call me that evening. He’s getting paid to do nothing. Guess I should apply at PNC “where doing nothing is doing something.”
