Neither the tellers nor the branch manager could figure out how to make a simple mortgage payment and didn’t think this was a problem. Ridiculous! Incompetence of employees and the branch manager was shocking.

Takes 20 minutes to figure it out. Then I go to the teller to cash it and they make me wait while they help a customer that came in after me. A complete joke

You'll get fees they can't explain. Nothing they tell you upfront happens. They shouldn't even be allowed to be responsible for others people money. I wish I could zero star this.
