I did this all the time at the branch.I still got charged interest even I told them pay in full to avoid this! These is a lot bank choices.Go somewhere.

Neither the tellers nor the branch manager could figure out how to make a simple mortgage payment and didn’t think this was a problem. Ridiculous! Incompetence of employees and the branch manager was shocking.

You'll get fees they can't explain. Nothing they tell you upfront happens. They shouldn't even be allowed to be responsible for others people money. I wish I could zero star this.
