Ever since their obnoxious update that required basically creating a new account, when I schedule payments they just never go through and disappear from the scheduled payments section within a day. They kept telling me I was behind when I had automatic payments scheduled AND would go in to make manual payments, not realizing that they just weren't even going through at all. Now I'm 4 payments behind because THEIR poorly functioning site which impacts MY credit and payment history

We are a military family in the middle of pcs orders to Alaska. We needed a letter stating we could transport the bike with a deadline of next week. Without her help, we’d be stuck in a bad situation. She worked effectively and timely in taking care of this matter for us. Huge thank you to you girl!!! As well as Micheal the loan supervisor who assisted with the letter. Can’t thank you enough. She knows how to take care of the military!!
