Their rates are competitive, and I haven't had any major issues with my account or the mobile app. Definitely a great local credit union.

In the past 5 times I've called they've "sent emails" to someone who can help. But I've gotten no further communication. I was directed here by Fay Myers, and I should have never listened to them... Luckily I can close my accounts and be done with this horrible institution.
