  It’s crazy how garbage this bank is, how their main business banking features don’t work, and how you have to go in to even properly close your account and get statements. Terrible bank living in the 70s.

  Found out that PNC purchased 1st Bank and was disappointed because 1st Bank has always been inviting, friendly and eager to assist. Decided to pop in when I needed to make change for larger bills and just see how it was before making a decision to stay on once the acquisition is complete. Walked in - no customers but 3 employees were talking and directed me to the teller after stating they would be happy to help when telling them my reason for stopping in, just for the teller to tell me she can't help me because I don't have an account and the max she could give is $25. It was just change. I've never had an issue getting change broken up from a bank and though I respect company policies it's odd that I've never had an issue at other banks. Needless to say I'm not impressed and left disappointed and inconvenienced. I don't think I'll be staying on as a customer once my bank is acquired.

  PNC is ok to bank. It's a bank. This location, however good service has been for others, hasn't been for me. No matter the circumstance there's always a situation. I can never get service or what I'm asking for. Any other location I go to I never have an issue with withdrawals, Deposits, or inquiries. I'm starting to think it's because of how I look or my race, I don't understand. Customer service is ok, not the best. No accommodation, no help. Bank manager I believe, makes everything difficult. I'm a customer, have been for over 4 years I can't cash a check at this location, deposit, or ask a question.
