  Found out that PNC purchased 1st Bank and was disappointed because 1st Bank has always been inviting, friendly and eager to assist. Decided to pop in when I needed to make change for larger bills and just see how it was before making a decision to stay on once the acquisition is complete. Walked in - no customers but 3 employees were talking and directed me to the teller after stating they would be happy to help when telling them my reason for stopping in, just for the teller to tell me she can't help me because I don't have an account and the max she could give is $25. It was just change. I've never had an issue getting change broken up from a bank and though I respect company policies it's odd that I've never had an issue at other banks. Needless to say I'm not impressed and left disappointed and inconvenienced. I don't think I'll be staying on as a customer once my bank is acquired.

  Yesterday 7/9/25 I had the worst experience at this job. I set down with Branch manager Lauren Cooperman to set up an account and she really showed me that prejudice and racial profiling still exist. I came in there with my 401 k check to cash as I’ve done before with no problem but this time I came in to start an account and cash my check. Something was alerting my account because I have fraud protection on credit report and due to my credit being locked I couldn’t open a account which I understand but then I said well can I cash my check since this is my 3rd time cashing it here and she went to teller up front and I heard them whispering “ she can’t open an account here I don’t feel as though we should cash her check.” Lauren then proceeded to come say “ you will have to call the company and have them issue you another check or deposit this check in your bank account because it may be fraud.” I never been so degraded in my time in Colorado. I literally took my check to a simple check cashing place and the young lady cash my check with no problem. I will never recommend this bank and I see why it only have 2.5 stars

  1 bank teller and 1 banker on a Friday afternoon. Make it make sense!!! I had to wait for 10 min to get told the banker can’t help me. Plus the safe was wide open. This place isn’t safe for the staff and maybe there wasn’t any money inside but a safe creates the illusion that money is inside. I went to the Central Park location after going here. Don’t recommend.
