Nobody does that anymore! No business is perfect but this one has people who treat you well even when they're very busy. Glad to be so close to this branch!

When they taken over by PNC, they closed the wonderful branch I used for a decade and now I'm sitting on hold for more than 20 mins (well I can't tell you how long they keep saying it more than 20 mins to speak to someone and no-one has answered yet).

She does not know how to keep her emotions in check. Currently I'm sitting down in the lobby with 4 employees doing nothing but sit around. Waiting for Gene to help because she rudely told me to have a seat and someone will help me. The customer service here is so horrible and its not even a busy branch. Lol I don't get it. Anyway the longer I wait the more sites I copy this review to. Wow! Now she's screaming across the lobby saying it can't be closed because of pending items! I'm shocked that its still in business with this kind of treatment.
