She waited for the last minute to file our tax returns, she forgot to submit my mom's state taxes so my mom did not get her refund. I contacted Jill about this and asked her to contact my mom to work out some kind of payment plan for Jill to pay my mom the $800.00 she did not get because Jill filed them late, now Jill is ghosting us. I dont recommend her.
