I came to Aguilerra's for a notary service, but come to find out Melecio is VERY knowledgable about this kind of stuff. He was a tax accountant in Tijuana and the US. He knows how the tax system works in both countries. He charged a sixth the price and answered all my questions. After the tax season craziness ends, I will definitely be sending my husband over there to talk to him.
