  It was a true pleasure working with Shiva. After hearing about my situation with a wrongful collection Shiva went out of his way to help me and guide me to the process.   I am very grateful to the team at Tier One Credit. I have been dealing with identity theft for years. I found this firm online, and they are helping me dispute and resolve the accounts that are not mine. It has been tough getting my credit reports in the first place, which they helped with. Attorney Shiva is very hands on - I could not get the reports till he got involved. I am looking forward to getting the accounts removed, and if not taking these companies to court.
