I showed up on time with the bank clerk deep into another appointment. Again not a soul in the place except for the guy who was supposed to help me. 15 minutes later I’ve still not been acknowledged, the receptionist reminds him I’m waiting, he never looks up, ever acknowledged me as a new customer. I ultimately walked out without so much as a word or an acknowledgement they just lost a new customer. Craziest bank I’ve ever seen.

They are attentive, it's very easy to schedule an appointment, they go above and beyond to help all of their customers with any questions and do a great job of following up. And they answer their phones! You actually get a live person! I have done business at several banks and this bank is by far the most excellent.
