- CFClint Fullerton4 days ago1.0Went in there when I had check fraud and there are the only ones that can issue a new ATM card. The so-called gentleman who helped me was rude and would not help whatsoever. All he wanted was to get me out of there. He said he issued a bank fraud on my card and When I went into the PNC in Lake Elsinore two days later, he never did it whatsoever. Will never go into that bank again That guy was absolutely horrible to deal with Everybody at the Lake Elsinore branch could not be any more helpful. Super nice people unlike the Temecula branch.
