  I’ve been working with this Cpa for years and I just had an awful experience with Traci. I called to check on my tax documents that I sent to her specifically in February she was rude. She was short and then she added a bit of condescending. I’m shocked I called to find out about my account. She didn’t want to give me the time and then leaned into being rude to me. When I expressed that I didn’t appreciate how I was being treated. I was respectful with her. She was not respectful with me if I was this company, especially when you’re facing artificial intelligence as your competition, I would be very careful who I have representing my company.

  We’ve been using this company for our taxes and bookkeeping services. Everything has gone smoothly. Great customer service.

  Be careful. Cost me $826 in penalties a year after using them for the first time. What a surprise when I received the bill in the mail from the IRS 13 months later. They accept no responsibility.

  I recommend Don Copeland. I have had some complex corporate issues that involve taxation and Don Copeland did the research to make sure things were done properly.
