I came in because my debit card wasn’t working for purchases on Amazon, and Obalit, the clerk who helped me, went above and beyond. Not only did he patiently help me get in touch with Amazon customer service, but he also kindly found me an Apple charging cable so I could charge my phone while sorting everything out. His kindness and professionalism really stood out, and I left feeling well taken care of. Truly outstanding service!
- DSDeborah SharpeJul 29, 20251.0UNNECESSARILY SLOW, PROLONGED TRANSACTION-DISPUTE CALL - (28 MINUTES) on the phone to dispute only five recurring, identical transactions it was not like they needed different information for each one. That is more than FIVE minutes per transaction, In 2025!! Should have taken no more than 6 minutes to dispute ALL of them. They even added stupid questions in there like "was it prepaid service"? I had told them it was a subscription, you pay for the service whether you use it or not. That question doesn't even make sense and it's not relevant. I canceled the service on April 10th and they charged me every month until July. Their customer service is SO bad I went through the hassle of taking all my money out and opening a bank account account elsewhere. RUN from this bank.
