  This is for the security in the parking lot. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now and I have never had an issue parking in the branch parking lot, until yesterday. My husband parked our vehicle, I got out and before I could even make it to the door, the security guards in their car told me I could not park there and had to park on the street. To which I simply said okay. So I went back to the car and told my husband to pull out of the parking lot, and continued on foot towards the ATM and inside of the branch. As my husband pulled out of the parking lot, I flashed my PNC card. The guards didn’t apologize or anything. I don’t know what kind of crap that was about but I do feel like they pre judged me and didn’t think I banked with PNC. Needless to say I left and will be going to the March lane location where I feel welcome. Tell your security guards not to scare your customers away!

  PNC HOLDS BUSINESS ACCOUNTS HOSTAGE. Do not bank with this bank. Their customer service rates a negative -0. They send your account to investigation and freeze all accounts for no apparent legitimate reason. Once this is done, no one in the branch offices can assist you with contact info, you have no access to any account that you may have with them and unless you bank elsewhere you will loos everything while waiting on them to eventually start an investigation. Th department have no contact with you at all. Although they may promise to contact you it will never happen. Your money is held hostage until they decide to look at your account. No one will discuss the process with you because no one knows anything. I just lost a $2.6 billion contract because of their failure to perform. DO NOT BANK WITH PNC.

  I’ve been to the bank branch six different times and I’ve never been helped With approximately 8 to 10 minutes each time I went into the bank And only once have they’ve been busy
