  This is for the security in the parking lot. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now and I have never had an issue parking in the branch parking lot, until yesterday. My husband parked our vehicle, I got out and before I could even make it to the door, the security guards in their car told me I could not park there and had to park on the street. To which I simply said okay. So I went back to the car and told my husband to pull out of the parking lot, and continued on foot towards the ATM and inside of the branch. As my husband pulled out of the parking lot, I flashed my PNC card. The guards didn’t apologize or anything. I don’t know what kind of crap that was about but I do feel like they pre judged me and didn’t think I banked with PNC. Needless to say I left and will be going to the March lane location where I feel welcome. Tell your security guards not to scare your customers away!
