She was incredibly knowledgeable and especially helpful with my new rental property situation, which is a completely new chapter for me. She took the time to carefully walk through all of my questions and made sure I understood how the rental affects my taxes now and how to properly plan for the years ahead. Heidie was extremely thorough in reviewing my return and explaining what expenses I could and could not deduct. She helped me understand deductions related to my rental property and made sure nothing was overlooked. Her attention to detail and willingness to explain things clearly gave me a lot of confidence moving forward as a first-time rental property owner. My return had several different components, including W-2 income, rental property activity, union dues, cryptocurrency transactions, and stock trading. Despite the complexity, she handled everything professionally and efficiently. Her dedication and careful review ultimately helped me receive a five-figure tax return, which I truly believe was possible because of the time and effort she put into making sure everything was done correctly.
