I brought a list of questions and he was very patient to listen to them. He provided answers and as he continued to explain the process I was very taken with how incredibly smart this guy is. Anytime I have a question I can email and I get a response within 24 hours no charge. They have a great online portal interface for their clients which allows you to upload documents. Every month they send out an email with very helpful business and personal finance articles. They have a set fee for handling your taxes. If you want peace of mind and a company that is there for you it will not charge you for every little thing this agency is worth it.
