The entire partnership was done on TurboTax Live, where she and I communicated on chat, asking questions and clarifying my current files. We weren’t able to meet onsite because she unfortunately wasn’t feeling well. HOWEVER, that didn’t stop her from prioritizing my taxes. She was willing to work with me over the weekend to ensure things were done accurately and promptly. Her dedication and hard work is a big plus and I highly recommend her professional expertise! All in all, she was able to complete the filing by 3/18 for the special $150 promo rate!
