  Like any irresponsible adult, I waited until the last minute to do my taxes, assuming the process would be the same as the year prior. It wasn’t. I quickly became befuddled trying to parse my documents for proceeds and costs for short and long term crypto transactions. The more I researched, the more distraught I became and inevitably missed the deadline. I decided to bite the bullet and seek help from a professional. That’s when the universe sent me Dale. When the meeting started, I was apprehensive about my situation. Dale was initially puzzled when we reviewed the documents that I had uploaded because I wasn’t able to provide any real explanation. That’s when I confessed that I had no idea what I was doing. Dale was incredibly receptive to my situation. We talked for a bit and he graciously provided me with some financial and economical insight. After that, we got down to brass tacks. We started with the fundamentals and outlined the information that I was missing. We then worked our way through each of the documents and slowly started making sense of the information available. By the end of our meeting, I learned a lot, my taxes were ready to be filed, and more importantly, I had peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful for Dale’s patience and positive attitude, and would highly recommend him to anyone going through a similar situation.

  Don’t entrust your finances to these people; they don’t have a central office to resolve issues that arise with their apps. All the offices shown on the maps are staffed by regular employees—there’s no one specifically responsible for addressing errors—and the service they provide is of the lowest possible quality.The only help they can offer you is a Google number, even if you come in person

  The Turbo Tax experience was very easy. Dale was my preparer and he was pardonable and well informed. He guided me through the process expertly, asking and answering questions and really listening to my situation. I will definitely be using his expertise in the future.
