    No one is there to help you. Take your business elsewhere. Went into the 460 Sutter St Wells Fargo at 1:30 pm to move my business and personal accounts from another bank. Despite there being a lot of employees and two customers in the gigantic room no one was available to help me establish an account. The one guy trying to help me was unable to find anyone as they may have all been on break. Remarkable they don't have enough staff to stagger the lunches, requiring potential customers to come back later when the breaks is over. They asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. I did not. I feel as though if I had come in wearing a suit, I would have gotten better treatment. Since I came in straight from work in my jeans and work jacket, I wasn't probably didn't look like the customer type they value. I understand that people need breaks, but stagger the breaks so people can get customer service. Clearly Wells Fargo is not capable or interested in handling basic banking tasks for a working man. If Wells Fargo is unable to meet basic needs such as setting up an account why would I bother to bank with them? I will find a new bank and my wife will be closing her Wells Fargo account. On the upside the chandelier is nice.

    Writing this review specifically with my experience with Tamara - an absolute please to work with. I was extremely stressed when coming in and she was very patient with me, understanding and really went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!!

    Wells Fargo in general is not customer friendly, but this one beats the other branches. Wait times for up to an hour, bankers that make mistakes over and over. I am at a point where I will switch to another bank.
