Through the website, they made it simple for me to understand. I approached this branch office inside of Haagens, and the FRUSTRATION was astronomical. This staff and the manager had made it so difficult in regards to what their understanding was towards opening a free checking account. I was giving them the benefit before the doubt that I would get straight answers. Their is a reason why I need to my maintenance fee with Chase, B of A. etc... Quality service.
