  Really a terrible experience. Gilbert (Gil) Kennedy will not spend any time with you after the first consultation and will appoint his assistant Aebery to do all the work. Gil was unreachable at ALL times of the day. And on top of that, most importantly, he was not knowledgeable about the way the loans worked and actually MISINFORMED me causing me to spend 4 weeks of my time working on a loan and running my credit, only to get rejected due to legislation having changed back in May 2025. That's 8 months after the change and he was "not aware". I called him to see if there were any other loan options as I scored high on the scoring system and he just basically said, "forget it" and hasn't returned any of my calls or emails. Unfortunately, he was dishonest and said he was well versed in helping others in my situation and misled me. I will never work with him or this bank again. Thanks for absolutely nothing, Gil (Gilbert).

  I will always get great from the staff but today was like I wasn’t there stood in line for 10 min and finally said they would be with me in just a moment. No one was in line but me
