They don’t listen when you submit papers they do what they wanna do. My wife stopped working in April and September. That’s like oh what’s your income? Do not waste your money on them their total rip off if I had to do over the one thing in my life, I would never be involved with these people. They have no idea what they’re talking about. They took our $4000 with no solution still have no solution and now they need 2026 paperwork for 2024 taxes. I don’t think they know what they’re doing.
