- PPPaulJul 24, 20251.0This bank is not professional at all! I would give negative stars if possible. They gave my wife the run around for 2 months to process a HELOC loan, and then denied her credit after giving an approval in which she satisfied all conditions! To say they are are joke would be polite! My wife has a 800 fica score and makes 300k annually as a RN, and she does not qualify for a 100k heloc. lol. Please do not do business with these people. Fair warning, you will be sorry! She hasn’t been denied for anything in years!

They have a great crew running this branch and they go out of their way every single time for any and all customer service related problems. They get an A++ from me, I mean I never write reviews but this branch did such a great job I felt like I must do one to show my praise for my banking experience with this branch, so thanks again to the branch and the whole team at California Bank & Trust located at 520 Capitol Mall, Sac. 95814.
