  Filing with Steve W. at TurboTax was super easy. He answered all my questions and concerns and even advised me on how I can avoid potential tax penalties in the future. Our interaction lasted no longer than two hours total in the span of two days. Quick. Easy. Simple. Affordable.

  Steve salvaged your reputation with me. 10 days ago another so-called expert was supposed to call me back with an answer that he could not handle while on the phone. I heard not one word for 10 days and was extremely angry at Turbo. Steve was a professional on all counts. He did need to do additional research but called me back. My filing was very complex due to the death of my spouse and complications with transfer of IRA assets. He was patient, knowledgeable, personable, supportive, and stayed with me all the way until the filing for federal and state were complete. I spoke with about six different Turbo experts in the 16 hours that I was on turbo trying to resolve my tax issues. Without a doubt, Steve was the "Best of the Best." He's single-handedly restored my faith in your program after it had fallen off the cliff. I do have a recommendation for clarifying what an Expert is in your system. Each time I clicked on speak to an expert I was connected to someone who is a processor with very little tax knowledge of any depth. That was never made clear on the program. It would be much more helpful as a client if you had two choices available. One if you had a technical or detail question about entering information and another if you had a detailed text question. I wasted a lot of time talking to people who were not qualified to handle my complex questions. Also, the wait time getting to the true true tax professionals averaged 30 minutes.
